We implore our customers to avoid overconsumption and product returns in a bid to help the planet.
Returns have a negative impact on our environment. 15 million metric tonnes of carbon emissions are released into the atmosphere annually because of returns (equivalent to 3 million cars left running for a year!) Most returned goods don’t get resold and end up in landfills instead––a staggering 5 billion units to be exact (or approximate)! 
That said, if you are looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we are here to help! 

Return policy

Our return policy has a 30-day limit. If 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. After 30 days Rainessance will only offer store credit. To be eligible for return, your product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. Items must be unworn, unwashed and scent-free with the original packaging and hang tags attached.

Returns (if applicable)

Upon receiving your return, we will inspect it and send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or store credit.

If approved, your refund or store credit will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Rainessance monitors return activity by customers for abuse, and if we detect what we consider to be excessive or potentially fraudulent return activity from a customer, that customer may be notified in writing that Rainessance will no longer accept any returns from that customer.

Delayed or unsuccessful refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund or store credit, please re-check your bank account or your Rainessance wallet.

Next, contact your bank. It normally takes some time before the refund or store credit are reflected.

Store credit (and refund)

If we receive your new unused item within 31–60 days of purchase, the purchase price will be refunded to an online store credit. Store credit can be used for future purchases. 

At the time of delivery, ensure that the package does not appear damaged. If damaged, do not accept delivery from the courier and contact customer care. To report product damage in transit, contact customer care within 24 hours of delivery by email at: support@rainessance.com

Store credit will be offered by Rainessance for damaged products. 

Exchange and gifts

Since each item is one of a kind, each sale is final and not eligible for exchange. We only offer exchanges on products from the Rainessance Clothing collection.

Items marked as gifts can be exchanged for store credit within 60 days of purchase.

Shipping

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility and is non-refundable.
